The e-voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. The organizer will send the tickets via email the day before your visit, so please be sure to check your email attachments! Large backpacks and handbags are not allowed inside the cathedral. You must first deposit your luggage at the storage area located to the left-rear exterior of the Florence Cathedral, using your ticket for entry (the staff were very kind, asking if we needed to carry water and even thoughtfully provided a museum shopping bag for our water bottles). While entry to the cathedral itself is free, access to the crypt area in the basement requires a ticket. We highly recommend visiting the crypt area and museum for friends who appreciate architecture and history!

Great 4.0

Still have to queue up in a short line. The dome of the cathedral is very impressive and touching. The baptistery is under repair and I was disappointed that I couldn't see anything. When the ticket was delivered, it was clearly stated that it could be used in the next three days, but in fact there was only one day left. If you can't visit all the attractions in one day, it will be invalid. The museum is very, very worth visiting.

Generally Dome is free but Skip the line is great. Although we booked 11:30, we finally ggot inside at 11:50. It was rainy that day, cant imagine that I needed to stand in rain for hours to get inside. Actually there is no officer dressed up in yellow as the ticket will be sent to you by whatsapp which is convenient. The museum is good too! Enjoy!
