The place is very aesthetic and comfortable. The scent was amazing, and the atmosphere felt peaceful at the same time. They gave us a form where we could choose which parts of the body we wanted to focus on, which areas we preferred not to be touched, I think this is something different from other places I’ve been to. The Thai massage was done properly, and I could really feel my body becoming lighter and my head feeling better afterward, both of us were very satisfied. After the massage, we enjoyed the onsen bath. The bathhouse was so aesthetic, it honestly felt like being in Japan! The onsen had a lovely vanilla scent. All necessities were provided, including a hair dryer, lotion, cotton pads, etc.. so we could get ready comfortably after the bath. Everything felt so fresh and relaxing. Lastly, we were served complimentary tea and biscuits. Thank you, SAMA Onsen, for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back again if I travel to Phuket in the future.

This is a local shopping center. The therapists provide polite service. The place is clean. There are five massage beds in the shop. Four foot massage stations are available. Please make a reservation in advance.

It is located in the middle of Phuket Town and is easy to use. The inside of the building was very clean as it was still new. It's very easy to just show the Klook QR code at the reception, so I think it's convenient and there are no language problems. Tips are separate, so we recommend giving some after your treatment. By the way, I gave the therapist 100 baht because she was very good at massaging.

I looked it up on Google Maps and it was close to the hotel, and the reviews were good. I was worried about whether it would be open on New Year's Eve, but luckily it was. I booked through Klook. All the staff were kind and polite, and they asked about the strength of the treatment. The attention to detail was amazing. The only mystery was why I had to soak in the milk bath for 30 minutes. It's a shame, because it's a 180-minute course, and those 30 minutes felt like a waste. I'm coming to Phuket again next February, so I'd like to come back!

Great option for a quality massage at a great price. The service was great, we booked 2 sessions with klook in 1 voucher and the receptionist helped us schedule 2 separate days to take our massages. the service was really good. most of the times you can just walk in but you may need to wait 15-30 minutes if they are full, if you can it's recommend to book in advance via WhatsApp or Line.
