Absolutely amazing part of our stay in Rome! Very high quality food, and our guide was so nice and very informed on food culture and how we can best navigate it. she definitely gave us a lot more confidence in how to order and what to get while we were there, as well as the Italian regions and what food they are known for. each stop was delicious, and she was very conscientious of allergies! thank you so much for a terrrific time!

I really enjoyed this tour! it was a great introduction to the area of Trastevere and we really did try all of the Roman street foods, which was really cool. We tried two types of cheese, some porchetta on top of bread (probably my fave thing), some red wine, three types of pizza al taglio with an Italian birra , suppli, we sat down for bruschetta and pasta amatriciana with water and wine and ended with two scoops of gelato. Our guide Adib was very knowledgeable and fun and he did an amazing job. Very enjoyable experience and I would absolutely take another tour with Carpe Diem again!

Booking this Vespa sidecar tour for our Rome trip was the best decision I made, creating wonderful memories with my daughter. Before the tour, the drivers disinfected the helmets with alcohol and provided each of us with a headscarf to wear before putting on the helmet. They were also very gentlemanly, ensuring our helmets were properly secured and helping us get off the sidecar. They even assisted with taking photos at designated spots. Our guide, Barbara, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we were so lucky to have her explain Rome's history and the stories behind its ancient sites. When we arrived at the Trevi Fountain, she thoughtfully provided coins for everyone to make a wish. The tour fee included breakfast, admission to the Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon tickets. We passed by all these locations during the tour, stopping at several points for explanations and photos. Our group happened to be small but everyone was very easygoing. Receiving envious glances and having other tourists take pictures of us along the way made this a truly worthwhile and highly recommended tour. I'll even help them out by including their QR code! 😆

What a great experience we had with our five and eight-year-old at the mosaic workshop. Nadia and her team were excellent to work with, and my kids had so much fun. It was three hours, but they completed a mosaic, (we are a family of 4 and one of us helped and the other participated too), as well as the teachers there. It was just a great experience.

A fantastic tour, highly recommended! The golf cart was very clean and comfortable and our guide Ram was phenomenal. Ram asked us a lot of questions about the sites we were interested in but also what our interests were ie art/history etc. The amount we saw we could never have done in a day on our own. I would absolutely book this again when next back in Rome.
