We had the best day with our guide Leo ! From the moment he picked us up, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He took us to three absolutely stunning waterfalls, and everything was perfectly planned so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. He was incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to. We even shared lunch together, laughed a lot, and had such a great time throughout the day. It felt like spending the day with a friend rather than just having a guide. He was also very patient, gave us plenty of time at each waterfall, took great photos for us, and made sure we were always safe and having fun. If you’re visiting Bali, don’t hesitate to book a tour with him. He truly made our day unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Matur Suksma !

We had an amazing experience on the Hidden Waterfalls Tour. Our guide Juli was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and very pleasant throughout the day. Juli was also a smooth and safe driver—no small feat given that Bali’s roads can feel like an adrenaline rush on their own! He took great photos for us and never rushed us at any of the locations, which really allowed us to enjoy each stop. Highly recommend this tour and Juli as a guide. Note for the tour itself, it requires decent physical endurance. There's a lot of up and down very steep stairs, and crossing through moving water. Also wear quick drying clothes and sandals that don't come off easily (lots of people were losing flip flops or struggling with slippery shoes).

We took a full-day tour, visiting temples, the monkey forest, and a waterfall. It was an extraordinary experience. Our guide, Edi Lanus, was incredibly kind and helpful, and took the time to capture beautiful photos of my wife and me. When we visited the temples, he explained their history and how ceremonies are conducted, answering every question with care and precision. Best tour and tour guide ever! This was our honeymoon and our first visit to Bali, and booking this tour was one of the best decisions we made! We were lucky enough to have Jerry as our tour guide, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. Jerry was incredibly kind, attentive, an amazing photographer and extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture. He shared so many interesting insights throughout the day and made every stop even more meaningful. His friendly personality and genuine care ensured we had an amazing time from start to finish. This was easily a 100/10 experience! If you’re looking for the perfect way to explore Ubud, this tour lets you experience so much in just one day. We were so incredibly lucky to get Mr. Bendy as our driver & guide. He is simply the best. He arrived early and gave us a morning call. When we accidentally overslept, he waited patiently without any rush. We set off for Lempuyang Temple, nearly 3 hour drive, but heavy rain poured down. Bendy waited with us, until the rain lightened, he helped us take absolutely stunning shots we will treasure forever. After that he bring us to a nice restaurant for lunch then brought us to Tirta Ganga to feed the big fish & took lovely photos of us there too! After another long drive, we went to the famous swing spots in Tegalalang, where he arranged beautiful flowy dresses for me and traditional costumes for my partner for our photos. We also asked last minute to stop at a supermarket and money changer, and he happily adjusted the route before sending us safely back to our villa. Thank you so much, Mr. Bendy, for making our Bali trip so special and memorable!

We had such an amazing experience with Sir Putu as our tour guide/driver/photographer! He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to be with the whole time. What we really appreciated was how flexible he was, he adjusted our schedule based on the places we wanted to visit and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our time at Cretya Ubud, Kanto Lampo Waterfall, and Tirta Empul Temple, and Sir Putu made each stop even more memorable by helping us capture great photos and guiding us along the way. cir was amazing & very flexible with where we wanted to go. when our plans had to change he had came up with options for us and gave us lots of helpful advice. super friendly, and at the rice terrace he explained the importance of the temple & the recent ceremony that happened. would book again with him!!

just amazing !!!! waw the driver Jhon is beyond helpful , very nice and friendly and mostly patient and respectful. for the sunrise hike I had Suriya as a guide very patient strong and helpful. he took amazing photos of me and he helped me litterly held my hand and waited for me while I was struggling to hike ( not that easy of a hike fyi). he even brought me water🥹. if you’re booking this tour and want an A star experience make sure to have Jhon and Suriya and you’ll guarantee an epic day !
