Sui was nice and communicated well on WhatsApp. This is a good option if you do not want the hassle of commuting especially if you have a young kid or an elderly in the group just like what we had. they also provided a car seat for our toddler .

During the summer vacation, I took my child to Japan. There were many places I wanted to visit, but I knew transportation would be a challenge, and without a guide, I might not understand anything. I've never joined a tour group or a day trip in China before, so I decided to try this with an open mind, and it truly deserves a five-star rating! This package is excellent and very affordable (I really didn't expect it to be so good for such a low price). The tour guide is a very enthusiastic Chinese person who is a permanent resident in Japan. The bus was comfortable throughout the trip, and the guide shared a lot about the local customs and culture from his many years in Japan, which was very insightful. A big thank you to Tour Guide Wu Shifeng; he was excellent and very professional, with no hidden fees! We visited all the classic Kyoto landmarks in one day, and the pace was just right! Highly recommended! Everyone should definitely go for it!

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience we had on this full day of exploration with our magnificent guide, Tom! He generated and customized an itinerary to maximize the time and allow us to get the most out of our time in Kyoto. We could write a novel on how amazing the sights are and how Tom was one of the best tour guides in many of our global travels. We were able to see everything we planned with some extras! Tom went above and beyond to make sure our tour was a pleasant one. We were given a great history lesson around the Japanese culture, as we had ask for in our alignment on our goals of the tour prior to our arrival in Kyoto. Tom stayed in excellent communication from the time our journey was booked. He made the process easy and provided great direction and guidance leading up to our journey.
