great, cheaper via app, $10 for adults, 500 baht on site. Not a big park but you can see it, kids should like it.

The best last minute decision that my husband and I made on the trip. The catamaran was super luxurious. They offer refreshments, dinner and even beach chairs on the beach. The sunset later was just the cherry on the top!

I chose this one after comparing several, and it's okay. The actual designated time is only about 50 minutes. But it was fun because they took me to a spot with lots of fish. The guide was kind and fun. He spoke English well enough to be heard, but he spoke Chinese well to Chinese people, which was surprising.

Leo and the team were great. a really well ordered day with some incredible beaches to swim at and snorkel in. A great option for a film with teens/tweens.

it was a pleasant experience and getting to ride the ATV around the mountain and forested areas! the views at the top were definitely breathtaking and amazing! super glad that we were able to get a “private” session with the guide who brought us around as they were no one else who booked the time slot! would definitely recommend to anyone as it is worth the money 🙏🏽⚡️

A new but ethical home for these aged elephants. The owner-manager has extensive knowledge and his heart on the right place, prioritizing animal welfare more than profit. It was a joy to witness the elephants frolicking carefree in their habitat. The majestic giants, follow their mahouts prodding with nary a stick or a whip on hand.. just gentle coaxing, their trust in them apparent on the get-go. A refreshing sight to behold, we wish them (owner and mahouts alike) immense blessings for them to continue running this sanctuary for animals. For future visitors, if you could spare some extra baht, please donate to their cause. 🙏

Renting a beach chair at a public beach is easy and affordable, with friendly staff making sure everything is clean and comfy. Treat yourself to a beach massage starting at 300 baht. With only 10% of the beach covered by chairs, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy the waves in Super Surf Kata

This thrilling artificial wave on a rubber slide is perfect for both kids and adults to have a blast and improve their balance skills. After riding the waves, you can chill at the trendy bar and restaurant nearby, which also hosts cool parties in the evenings.

Visit Dino Park

Make sure to stop by Dino Park Mini Golf! This dinosaur-themed mini-golf course with a cool volcano is the perfect blend of adventure and fun for a day out with friends or family. Just be prepared---it can get pretty warm in there.

Take Surf Lessons in Kata Beach

If you're in Kata Beach, Phuket, don't miss out on surf lessons, especially during the low season from June to November. While the waves may not be huge, the south end of the beach is ideal for beginners. Look out for swim schools along the Southside offering surfing lessons with a setup of various surfboards for practice. You can easily rent surfboards along the beach for lessons. Plus, there's an annual surfing competition to look forward to!

Get a Thai massage

Try a traditional Thai massage---it's a top pick in Kata Beach, Phuket, and all over the country. You can find massage places everywhere, but we recommend walking to the quieter streets away from the main ones and the beach road near Kata Beach, Phuket. That's where you'll discover spots that focus on giving you an authentic massage experience. A traditional Thai massage costs around 300 THB, and you can also get a relaxing full-body or foot massage and other spa services for the same price.
