the facilities - public bath and private bath and treats ( ice cream and supper) were nice additions and activities to be part of :). Great location accessible to train, supermarket and restaurants. furthermore for the stay, we had free bottle of wine from the winery.

I really like this hotel. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly. The overall environment is a bit small, especially the hot spring area, which is probably the smallest I've ever encountered. However, it's small but has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Furano.

The room was huge for 3 and there was enough space for everyone. Love the breakfast set. The staff was friendly as well. They gave a free wine bottle they I have to collect at the nearby winery.

The hotel was newer than expected, and the staff were very friendly. It was a big plus to have Taiwanese staff who could communicate in Chinese. The only downside was the unfortunately small hot spring bath; otherwise, everything was very satisfactory.

Hotel staff helped to have local melon 🍈 cut so we could eat it in room. Nice free Ramen for guests from 10pm to 11pm too! 😋

Breakfast: Good, wine tasting available, unlimited chocolate. Cleanliness: Good. Transport access: We drove our own rental car, it was easy to find and convenient. Hotel location: Close to the ski resort. Service: The reception staff were excellent.
