We had Kevin as our tour guide and recommended the Horse Cream! I highly recommend getting the horse cream with the coupon. Kevin was the best tour guide, very clear and consise with the guide. and a really funny personality. would 100/10 recommend booking with the tour and see if you can ask for Kevin! the tour and stops were about on time, and you get to experience so much in this guide!

had a beautiful and amazing day visiting Yufuin, Beppu, Kinrin Lake, and Dazaifu! was the only English-speaking guest on the tour, while most of the other guests were part of the Chinese-speaking group. But thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Nana, I never felt left out or like I was on my own. Nana-san translated everything for me in English, took my phone number just in case I got or lost, made sure I had a comfy seat, and constantly checked that I was okay. She was so warm, funny, and genuinely thoughtful. She even reco a great place for ice cream at Honeybees! It honestly felt like I had my own little travel buddy for the day My fave part of the trip was Kinrin Lake. I was honestly amazed by how beautiful it was Beppu was also incredible. we couldn’t go on the Beppu Ropeway because of the weather, Dazaifu was under construction during my visit. Yufuin was probably the least enjoyable part for me because it felt quite touristy and crowded ended up having such a wonderful time.

I am glad the tour guide assigned in our trip was Daisy. She was the same guide we had last year in our Mt. Aso tour. As before, she was very nice, insightful, and helpful. She provided relevant information and information and concern to the tour participants. We had ample time to explore Beppu m.

Our day tour to Dazaifu, Yufuin, Kamado Jigoku, and Umi Jigoku was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Her instructions were always clear, and she managed the schedule efficiently, ensuring we had enough free time while keeping the tour running smoothly. Vivian also went the extra mile by recommending local specialties and must-try food, helping us make the most of our visit. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for everyone in the group made the entire trip enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fukuoka and Beppu. Yufuin Village was absolutely beautiful and had so many shops and things to explore, especially along the alley leading to Yufuin Station. The overall experience of this trip was fantastic! Tour guide Fan is extremely fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, so communication was a breeze. Furthermore, he is very kind and attentively cared for every traveler along the way. The itinerary was well-organized, the introductions to each attraction were very detailed, and departure times were always announced in advance, allowing everyone to follow the schedule with peace of mind. The driver was also very dedicated, making the entire bus ride comfortable. All the sights this time were beautiful, and I especially loved Takachiho Gorge. The natural scenery, shrines, and outdoor activities along the way were truly relaxing, and the lunch was delicious as well. The overall pace did not feel rushed at all, making it a very comfortable journey. If you join this kind of outdoor tour, since there are quite a few sections that require walking, I recommend wearing a good pair of comfortable walking shoes to make it much easier! I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves natural scenery and shrines.

If you're looking for the absolute best guide, Tae is the one! He was super duper nice, incredibly friendly, and made the entire experience so warm and welcoming from start to finish. As a huge bonus, he is SO good at taking pictures! He truly knows all the best angles and spots, so you’ll walk away with amazing photos for your memories (and your feed!). We had a wonderful time attending this Beppu Yufuin One-Day Tour. Our guide, Ms. Yang, was very clear in explaining the facts and history of the place that we will be visiting and she also send us recommendations of places for lunch since we were traveling with a vegetarian. I also like the part that she reserved the first seat for us so that it would not be difficult for my mom who is a senior citizen. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour. Not only did we managed to visit some beautiful places, it was also friendly to senior citizens.

Highly recommended! Our tour guide, Carson, was very kind and friendly. He proactively helped us take photos and recommended great sights and food. Plus, he speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which made communication very easy! Carson's time management was excellent. All group members were punctual, and no one was late, making the trip very smooth! Kyushu Zoo... being able to enjoy the air conditioning on the tour bus while watching the animals was a real treat for my parents, haha! Yufuin is definitely worth visiting. Carson's recommendations for eel rice and croquettes were delicious. You absolutely must try them! It's a shame we only had two hours... not quite enough time to explore the entire Yunotsubo Street... I hope the next trip can be scheduled for three hours! I will definitely join again!
