This trip was excellent. The tour guide was enthusiastic and dedicated, providing us with great assistance. The only issue was that some members of a certain country's group were very noisy and uncontrollable.

Zuzy was a great guide. She was fun and had so much knowledge to share. The tour itself was so well planned. We saw a lot more than I expected us to.

The tour guide picked us up at the hotel entrance early in the morning. The journey was bumpy and long. I wish we could have spent more time at the White Temple and Blue Temple, and less time at the Black House Museum. The Chinese-speaking guide explained everything very well and didn't waste anyone's time. We were also able to communicate our drop-off location at the end. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the entire trip.

The hotel I stayed at this time was conveniently located within the pick-up and drop-off range, which I found very convenient. I didn't have to go to a meeting point myself and wait for others. I highly recommend the hotel's shuttle service; I always look for this when booking. Our tour guide for the day was very responsible, and the entire service was excellent. The timing at each attraction was perfect. The places we visited today are definitely worth seeing; every spot was beautiful and great for photos. You won't regret coming here at all. The guide was also very enthusiastic about helping everyone take pictures, truly professional. Many thanks to our hardworking driver as well, who safely and smoothly drove us back to the hotel after an 8-hour round trip.
