The itinerary was rich and well-paced, allowing us to visit Hakodate's main attractions. Our guide, Leo, was incredibly thoughtful, arranging hotel pick-ups and helping us take photos. He was very attentive!

Our tour guide, Leo, was incredibly attentive, responsible, and polite. The schedule was perfectly arranged. I especially want to mention that when we couldn't get a Lucky Pierrot burger at the main store, he immediately called other branches to ensure we got to try Hakodate's specialty. The burger was truly delicious, and we're very grateful to Leo! We hope to have him guide us around Hakodate again next time. This tour is highly recommended for anyone exploring Hokkaido without a car!!!

Tour guide Zhou's flexibility and thoughtful arrangements made our 5+ hour journey pass by quickly. During the trip, we visited Lake Toya and Jigokudani (Hell Valley), which saved us time. He also helped us find a delicious seafood restaurant. Highly recommended!

You can exchange for a physical ticket without needing to print a paper one. There's no entrance fee to Goryokaku. If you go too late, most of the cherry blossoms will be gone, with only a few trees remaining.

After confirming that the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku in Japan were in full bloom, I immediately bought tickets on Klook that same day. Afterward, I saw a note saying that I needed to print out a physical copy, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use the electronic content on my phone when I got there. Fortunately, it was accepted at the ticket counter, and they still gave me a physical ticket.

After completing the order, I realized the voucher stated that a printed copy was required for redemption. However, upon arrival, I was able to show the voucher on my phone to the ticket agent at the ticket booth. They wrote down the number from my phone, and I was able to redeem the tickets. When redeeming the tickets, you still need to wait in line with those purchasing tickets. Even though it was cherry blossom season, we entered two hours before closing, so there were noticeably fewer people, and we didn't have to wait. It's definitely worth going up to see during cherry blossom season; it's absolutely beautiful.

I bought tickets in advance on Klook, fearing long lines, and everything went smoothly. The scenery is beautiful and definitely worth seeing from above, even though it wasn't cherry blossom season.

After purchasing online, remember to print out the paper voucher to redeem it on-site. We arrived in March, so there was no snow, and the cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet. The scenery consisted of bare trees, making the view rather ordinary.
