Due to unforeseen circumstances, our travel dates needed to be adjusted. Customer service was very helpful in contacting the supplier to resolve the issue. We had a wonderful trip, and it was great to have the option of both Chinese and English-speaking guides. Our female guide, Meme, was very enthusiastic! We absolutely loved the opportunity to get up close with the elephants!

Itinerary: Due to the hot weather, the Sticky Waterfalls were scheduled for the morning, which was very pleasant! In the afternoon, feeding and bathing the elephants was a lot of fun!🥳 Guide: Our guide, Moe, was diligent, responsible, and humorous! He taught us about elephants and guided us through the interactive activities in an organized manner! His Chinese was also very clear and helpful! He even helped us take photos with the elephants!🥳

If you're visiting the elephant sanctuary, you absolutely must find the guide Moe! It was so much fun! He's the most entertaining guide I've ever met; there was never a dull moment, and it felt like we'd known him for ages. Not only did he bring the elephants' stories to life, but he also cracked spontaneous jokes that had us all laughing out loud. He led us through bathing and feeding the elephants, and every part of the experience was arranged so engagingly, allowing us to truly feel the joy of interacting with these magnificent animals. Under his guidance, even those who were a bit scared at first dared to touch an elephant's trunk. This was a wonderfully therapeutic experience that exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to this amazing guide!

After extensive online research, I booked the Sticky Waterfalls + Elephant Sanctuary day trip, and the journey turned out to be unexpectedly perfect! Our guide, Ruang, added me on WeChat in advance to let me know the approximate pick-up time at the hotel, so there was no waiting around without contact information, as some online reviews mentioned. That was fantastic! 👍 Ruang also managed the time very well throughout the day; it was fulfilling without being too tiring. Moe, the Chinese-speaking guide at the elephant sanctuary, was incredibly humorous. He spoke both Chinese and English well, and was very enthusiastic and professional, keeping us laughing the entire time. The emotional value was definitely there. Every elephant at the sanctuary was super cute. It was so heartwarming when an elephant's trunk gently took the rice ball from my hand. Different elephants even had different personalities; one didn't like banana peels and would peel the banana itself with its trunk, haha! 😄 When we were bathing the elephants, some were having so much fun they didn't want to come back. It's clear the sanctuary takes excellent care of the elephants, and the staff genuinely love the animals. I personally think this trip achieved a great balance between tourist experience and elephant welfare. There were also dogs everywhere, all friendly and calm, casually napping with a relaxed vibe... and a particularly adorable bully breed dog named Mocha! In short, this short day was a full and enriching experience; both my mind and body felt healed.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai! Climbing the Sticky Waterfalls was a one-of-a-kind adventure, and the bamboo rafting was incredibly peaceful. The best part, however, was spending time with the elephants—feeding and showering them felt like a very authentic and respectful experience. A huge thank you to our guide, Rrueang! Because he grew up in a rural area, he could tell us so much about the deep connection between elephants and Thai culture. He didn't just give us facts; he shared stories about the local way of life that you won't find in a guidebook. He took great care of the whole group and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Everything about this tour was beyond our expectations. It was very well organized and also really fun. It was wonderful to see the elephants ouside Zoo. They are so adorable. From what we could see, they are treated very well at New Elephant Home, and they share a close bonding with the staffs. Our tour guide, Paul, was fantastic. He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole day, always making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. He also took some really great photos for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this tour.

This experience was truly enjoyable, and I believe a large part of that was due to our excellent guide. I highly recommend everyone ask for Poppy as their guide; he's humorous, engaging, and provides very detailed explanations. He offers great emotional support and even takes photos for us throughout the entire trip! Compared to other guides I saw in the park, he created the best atmosphere for his group. Our team had a fantastic time from start to finish. As a Chinese person, I can honestly say he's amazing, and I'm incredibly grateful to him. If I come back, I'll definitely choose him again. Don't hesitate, pick him!
