The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Lin, a front desk employee from Taoyuan, Taiwan, even helped us confirm our shuttle bus reservation for our next hotel. We came to Katsuyama from Fukui to visit the Dinosaur Museum and the Echizen Daibutsu, and chose to stay at this hotel for its convenience. The Echizen Daibutsu is about an 850-meter walk from the New Katsuyama Hotel.

We stay here every year, but this time, the hotel's activities were free for guests, which made our stay much more enjoyable.
