Located in the downtown area with convenient transportation, the front desk is a bit hard to find on the second floor. The room was cleaned again for the extended stay. Overall, it was pretty good.

The location is great, but the cleaning wasn't very thorough. There are many great restaurants nearby, making it perfect for foodies. Having a kitchen is convenient and can save you money.

Superb location. We can easily access everywhere from the hotel. Easy check in from the auto check in counter and we paid a reasonable price to check in early.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. The room was a little smaller than I expected but still acceptable. The room was clean and bright, and the staff were polite. If I visit Melbourne again, it will definitely be my first choice.
Hotel Location: Located in the central CBD, Melbourne's CBD has many attractions and top-notch restaurants and cafes, all within a few minutes to about ten minutes' walk. Basically, a few dozen steps to the left or right from the hotel entrance will lead you to a first-class cafe. The location is fantastic.
Service: The staff were all very polite.
Transportation Convenience: The tram station is just a few dozen steps away, and it's free to ride around the CBD. Can it get any better than that!
Cleanliness: The room was clean, bright, and spotless, with all the necessary facilities.
