The cable car queue is long, but the aerial river view makes it worthwhile.And the food in Ciqikou is delicious.

Our tour guide Li Jie was very professional & efficient in taking of the Chongqing tour group. We were not rushed & given sufficient time to enjoy the sights. We had an incredible day exploring the best of Chongqing! The itinerary was well-organized and packed with iconic landmarks, covering both historical culture and spectacular city scenery. Iconic Views: Gliding across the Yangtze River Cableway offered sweeping river views, while the WFC (World Financial Center) presented a stunning panoramic city skyline. Rich History & Culture: Walking down Shibati and the Mountain City Alley (Shancheng Budao) gave us a genuine feel for old Chongqing’s authentic slope architecture and local lifestyle. Visiting Baigongguan added a meaningful historical dimension to the trip. Vibrant Street Life: Exploring Ciqikou Ancient Town was fantastic for local snacks and crafts, and ending the day at the glowing Hongyadong felt straight out of a fairytale! Everything ran smoothly, seamlessly connecting all these major highlights without the headache of navigating public transport. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing for the first time!

A little late to cast off but well organised and stunning views on the 1 hour route. Pier wasn’t crowded and easy to find with large signs everywhere. There is a Chinese and English recorded announcement message as you get to certain landmarks but it’s generally hard to hear. The boat has plenty of refreshments from popcorn to beer. Getting off is a bit of a mass stampede but generally, well done.

The zoo is so close to the city centre. it takes about 30 mins by driving. The pandas are so cute. it was my first time to see pandas in such a close distance!

Very nice cruise. I recommend arriving early to get in line and secure the best seats. The cruise lasts about 45 minutes.

absolutely mind blowing experience. I definitely recommend visiting at sunset/evening to see the city come alive. I feel that you get really good value for money as the sky walk is quite long along with multiple photo points and access to the entire sky park area. £20 also seems very reasonable for the insane views considering what I’d spend at home for a similar experience. all in all this was probably the highlight of our time in Chongqing and I 100% recommend!!

You can then use this QR code to redeem your admission ticket at the ticket validation machine in the visitor center, which is very convenient. Ultimately, fewer people board from the South Bank. The items in the shops on the South Bank and North Bank are somewhat different, so if you see something you like, buy it then. There are many photo opportunities on the stairs at the North Bank arrival point. If you board from the South Bank, the scenery across the way is more beautiful for photos. Conversely, if you board from the North Bank, the scenery of the South Bank for photos is relatively ordinary!
