I really enjoyed the coconut boat ride. It was scary at first because you need to balance when you are about to step inside, but when you are seated it is relaxing. They will lend you a non la hat especially when it is so sunny. Our boatman is so entertaining, she even taught us some basic vietnamese phrases. She is so engaging and explain us everything that can be seen on the ride. The paymen for this though is for the boat ride only. There is a separate for those twirly coconut ride. They are separate from the boat ride itself. Anyway, this is a must experience when visiting Hoi An.

really good experience. Hoi An Old town is just like in the pictures except with a ton of people. but still with visiting and trying. this ticket was so good. could use from 5 to 9pm. very easy to find shop near the Japanese bridge and the people were very friendly and caring. safety was fairly good with life jackets, lanterns were very pretty but i do feel sad for the environment so think before you release one. you can still enjoy without releasing the Lantern. would highly recommend this service.

There are 2 parts to this tour. 1) This bamboo boat tour was such a peaceful and unique experience. We got to wear traditional straw hats and go on a spinning ride with the boat master. 2) One of the highlights was releasing lanterns into the river—it was beautiful. We were a bit concerned about the environmental impact, but our guide, Minh, explained they clean up the river every day to make sure it stays clean. By the time you do this activity, the sun would be setting so it is a pretty view.

Everything is as described. We were picked up at 8 am near our hotel on Old Quarter and went by the same comfortable 19-seat bus to Halong. Our tour guide informed us about the stops on the way, which included a visit to a pearl farm. It was interesting to hear how pearls grow. Nobody made you buy anything, but you could. Then we arrived to Halong and cruised around. Food was good, it included seafood and many other options. The highlight was the watching a live performance.

This cruise is the best choice you can make. They take care of everything and are very friendly. The food are good and the activities were great. Prepare yourself for the cave hiking its a long way and a bit crowded but the views inside are worth it. Shoutout to our Tour Guide Johnny, he is the best, very patient, friendly and outgoing.

It has been a very safe and fun tour. The tour was very organized and all are on time. I like that our guide still picked us up from the hotel via motorbike because the bus cannot fit on the street where our hotel was. The food on the buffet lunch was good. Make sure to book the limousine bus for a very comfortable journey. The line going up to the caves can be long. The drinks on the boat were relatively inexpensive. I was only hoping to get a small dipping pool on the boat based on the photos but we got a jacuzzi instead.

We had an amazing Ha Long Bay experience, especially after upgrading to the Solana Luxury Cruise. Our tour guide, Mr. Ben, was fantastic, fun, informative, and made the trip truly worthwhile. The stops at Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave, and Tip Top Mountain were beautiful and memorable. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it. The food on board was just average, nothing too special. One thing to note: single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed on the cruise. It’s best to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. If you must bring plastic bottles, keep them inside your bag—otherwise, the crew might charge you. The cruise chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but the bus ride was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and one I would recommend with a few heads-ups for future travelers!
