Bai Tu Long Bay cruises

I chose the Bai Tu Long Bay package because I wanted a quieter, less touristy experience. Not many providers offer this route, so I was happy to find the La Regina Classic cruise on Klook. It came highly recommended and now I know why. The Tour Leader was kind and informative, the boat was very clean, and the entire crew was warm and friendly. One of the highlights for us was how much they cared about guests with special dietary needs. As Muslims, we truly appreciated their effort in preparing halal-friendly meals. They also catered very well to vegan guests. The food was not only thoughtful, but also very tasty. We especially enjoyed the visit to the floating fishing village and the beautiful cave exploration—both unique and peaceful experiences. The onboard activities were also fun and relaxing, making the whole trip feel rich and well-rounded. This cruise is perfect for those looking for a more meaningful and quiet alternative to Halong Bay, especially if you need halal-friendly or vegan food. Just remember to book early—it often gets fully booked. We’re so glad we chose this package!

Amazing overall experience with only about 25 guests on the entire cruise with equal number of staff catering to our needs. Rooms are plush and modern while the entire ship is luxurious and spacious. Staff were amazing as well, very friendly and do a great job setting expeditions. We were always informed on dining, activities, etc which were all very good. Highly recommend this cruise it.

This trip to explore and sightsee Ha Long Bay was an excellent experience. Our tour guide for the trip was Mr. Andy and he was very knowledgeable about the history of Ha Long Bay. The food from Chef Minh and staff were very exceptional. Made the guest feel like we had a culinary experience on board. Will definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in see Ha Long Bay the correct way. Went with my parents and the absolutely loved how friendly the staff were and how delicious the food was too!

We had an amazing Ha Long Bay experience, especially after upgrading to the Solana Luxury Cruise. Our tour guide, Mr. Ben, was fantastic, fun, informative, and made the trip truly worthwhile. The stops at Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave, and Tip Top Mountain were beautiful and memorable. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it. The food on board was just average, nothing too special. One thing to note: single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed on the cruise. It’s best to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. If you must bring plastic bottles, keep them inside your bag—otherwise, the crew might charge you. The cruise chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but the bus ride was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and one I would recommend with a few heads-ups for future travelers!

Guide was very friendly. Food on this 3 star cruise was superb, every dish was really good and beautifully plated. Tour group size was less than 20 which made it easy to follow the tour guide and get a good understanding of the area

We had an amazing time with the Oriental Cruise! The activities were well planned and the food was really good too. The pick-up and drop-off from our hotel was seamless, and the tour operator Victor was really helpful and kept us updated on everything. The tour guide Alex was fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout! The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. I highly recommend booking this cruise if you're looking for a memorable Ha Long Bay trip.

Peter, the Cruise Manager and our Tour Guide made sure that our overnight cruise stay ended up fantastic! From lodging to sending us back to terminal - all smooth and on-point! He even upgraded us to a cabin with front balcony for free! It was a tiring day and all worth it. We would love to come back again to La Reginal Classic Cruise. All job well done! Kudos to everyone in the cruise including the pantry team!

Read the reviews, was quite afraid that would not get the right ship. In conclusion, got the Sea Stars cruise. The driver picked up at the hotel in Hanoi and sent back to Hanoi without any problems. All contact was done via WhatsApp. The ship's service was excellent, luxurious, comfortable sleep, smooth drive. But the food was not very diverse. Some things ran out and were not refilled, such as shrimp, even though they were in the sea. If there was a lot of food, would give full 5 stars. It would be good to secretly bring water and beer in your luggage because the ship is very expensive.
