No regrets in booking this at all! Though it was quite pricey, it was worth it. Just upon arriving at the reception, their receptionists were very accommodating. They proactively asked us if we would like to store our helmets (since we rented a motorcycle for this trip) and asked us if we have special requests/instructions for our spa service. The massage rooms were like separate villas which was really impressive. Upon entering the spa room, “wow” was what I could only say. 😂 The room was so beautiful! It was thoughtfully made and was obviously made to provide excellent spa experience. My husband and I love going to spa even in our home country that’s why we always make sure to go for spa whenever we travel too. We’ve been together for 10 years and this spa is by far the best facility we’ve exeperienced. Their masseuses were also very accommodating and gentle. They would ask us from time to time if what they were doing was okay. Such an amazing way to cap off our 1-week Bali trip. 😊

The ATV was fun, and the Ayung River rafting staff were good at Korean and witty, so I had a fun time doing the activities. And the driver, Badrun, who was our guide, always greeted us with a smile and made it a great experience. Thank you.

The spa's atmosphere and service were excellent. It was perfect for relieving fatigue from the flight. Also, the building was cute and I enjoyed taking pictures. The driver, ARI, was kind and kept in touch via WhatsApp, so transportation to the spa and to the cafe along the way was smooth and comfortable.

It was my first time doing yoga, and it was really refreshing and invigorating. We are a Pilates instructor couple, and we wanted to try yoga when we went to Bali, so we purchased this. There were 4 people in the same time slot excluding the instructor, and thanks to the calm atmosphere and easy difficulty, I was able to concentrate and follow along well 🖤

I only had a few months of Muay Thai experience in Taiwan, so the coaches here gave me special guidance on certain movements that weren't fluid, things I hadn't noticed before. I came in the morning when it wasn't crowded, and a senior coach gave me one-on-one training, which really helped me improve my Muay Thai skills. Thanks!

Our experience of the Mt Batur Jeep Tour was fantastic! We were picked up at 2AM sharp since we were staying at the Southern tip of Bali and that’s quite a drive. Our transfer guide (Ada) was extremely kind and timely. Then, we reached the base site and switched vehicles from the Innova to the Jeep with our guide (Kelvin). Mt Kintamani has clear skies and limited light pollution. You can see so many stars leading up to 5:15am ish. We reached the sunrise point and waited for the sun to come out. Kelvin took some professional quality iPhone pictures of us. He was so knowledgeable about the Kintamani area and also photography haha. After sunrise we proceeded to the Natural Hot Spring. There’s a caveat here that it’s actually a man-made heated pool facing the Kintamani mountain. Good experience regardless but won’t call it a “natural” hot spring. The team also threw in a complimentary tea plantation visit which was quick and fun!

Our Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Tour and Black Lava Tour was an amazing experience, made even better thanks to WAYANG. From the start, he was friendly, funny, and very sociable, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is a confident and skilled driver who handled the rough terrain smoothly, so we felt safe throughout the journey. Wayang went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment. He checked in on us regularly and never rushed the tour. We especially appreciated how much effort he put into taking photos for us — he knew the best spots and patiently took multiple shots until they turned out exactly how we wanted. His guidance helped us capture beautiful memories of the sunrise and the black lava landscape. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and genuine care for his guests. The Mount Batur sunrise was unforgettable, and having Wayang as our guide made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! There was no rush! 1000% recommended going on tours with him. You will have such a great time and great time with him! Thanks Dek and you have a good day with him already!
