friendly, punctual driver. no complaints about the service. only I didn’t realise that in a van or bus you have to disembark with your luggage to go through customs and immigration. in a car you don’t. however the line for cars is a lot longer so it may balance out in time.

Booking the pickup through Klook was very convenient. The driver messaged me a day in advance to confirm the pickup time and location. He was very polite and patient, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

bought tickets on klook, had to pay cash rm2/ticket at counter to exchange for a physical ticket so remember to bring small notes cash. fuss-free.
