This time experiencing Ryukyu clothing in Okinawa was absolutely fantastic! The staff were very kind, helping to select suitable styles and colors, and carefully helped with taking photos. The quality of the clothing was very good, with details full of traditional characteristics, and wearing it immediately immersed me in the Ryukyu atmosphere. The photo location was beautiful, and every photo turned out gorgeous! The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, highly recommended for friends who want to experience Okinawan culture, definitely worth visiting again!

The staff were all very friendly, a wonderful experience! They were so gentle tying up my hair, didn't pull at it at all, and tied it very tightly so it didn't come loose! They offered wooden clogs and small bags, but we didn't change into them because we were going to be walking. At the end, they even gave us a small Okinawan gift, and we chose the hair tie~

This was a wonderful activity to do when you need a change from the usual tourist activities, plus a unique momento to take home. It was slow paced which is what kintsugi is all about. Thw ladies helped improve my attempt and it was a delightful afternoon all round

I had a really good experience, even though the weather wasn’t ideal and we didn’t get the sunset shot, the photos still turned out beautifully. Hiro, the photographer, was friendly and spoke English well, which made communication easy. He also shared great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Naha. Overall, a pleasant and worthwhile experience.

lovely lovely experience. the ladies were so helpful and sweet. the lady that was helping me walked me through every step and even helped fix some of the mistakes I made. they even gave me tea and a little snack while she put the finishing touches on my necklace.10/10 recommend

What a pleasure to meet Our guide: Taiji Yamakawa! My son and I took a bucket list trip to Okinawa and wanted to learn more about the Kendo martial art. This Kendo experience was very informative, intimate, and great exercise too! Our guide explained to us the practices of Kendo and the importance of respect and to be passionate with the movements and sounds. We were fitted with our Dogi and Hakama (Kendo upper and lower garments) and taught step by step basic moves, stances, parts of our equipment, and how to use the Shinai (bamboo sword) If you are not Japanese speaking, it would be hepful to bring a translator tool to ask more in depth questions. We have gained so much respect for this martial art and the skill and discipline it takes. This IS a very physical activity, so stay hydrated and prepare to sweat! Next, it was time to battle each other and put all the moves together! Thank you for such a memorable experience Taiji! We look forward to hearing about your championships!

The experience was a 10/10. I wish the workshop had included a bit more about the history of Shisa and Okinawan culture, but I'm not complaining. The staff was very friendly and provided us with all the materials and protection needed to avoid damaging our clothes.

I highly recommend the Okinawa Onna Yukata Fireworks Photography experience, especially if you choose the twilight time slot. The photos will have a really great feel! And I'm thankful for the owner's help in making this a truly unforgettable memory.
