I am very, very satisfied. The accessibility is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast was really delicious. There were many options, so I had a hearty and satisfying breakfast. Also, water was always available when exiting the elevator, which was very convenient for staying hydrated during my travels. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Xi'an in the future!

First time trying this hotel and it was amazing. From the clean room, food, staff everything is great. It is a little far to the mall but you can ride a bike on the way there.
