it was a great trip and experience. booking was easy and Liu San was easy to catch. He waited early at the waiting area and he organized everything well. Bus was comfortable as it is a big bus. We arrived at the destination st the stipulated time. The boat trip was fun as there are a lot of seagulls waiting for you even before you board the boat. The entrance ticket was included with a pack of shrimp bait. You can use it to feed the seagulls or eat it by yourself. 2nd stop is the amanohashidate which include the chair lift to go up to panaroma platform. We stop about 2hours there. Enough to take pictures and walk around with takeway street food. 3rd is to the miyama village. mus try the ice cream and milk. it was good.

Highly recommend joining this tour. Himeji Castle is a very historic and beautiful castle. Koko-en Garden next to it is also very serene and picturesque. There's a great restaurant in the garden, but because you have to queue and we didn't have enough time, we weren't able to eat there. Afterwards, we went to 'Arima' to soak in a hot spring and had some snacks in the town to relieve the fatigue of climbing Himeji Castle, and finally went to Mount Rokko to enjoy the night view, completing a happy trip. I also want to thank the driver and the tour guide Ni-san. Especially the tour guide, who was very professional and humorous, making the whole trip not only informative about the history of Osaka and Kobe, but also full of laughter. It was truly an unforgettable trip.

Very happy! There weren't many people at Rokko Snow Park that day. I wish we had more time. We played for a full four hours and skipped lunch to play some more. The deer in Nara are a bit mean; they bit our jackets as we walked by.

The meeting point hosts multiple tour groups, so you need to look around to find the right one. The location is convenient to get to, and it's efficient without transfers. The tour guide is also enthusiastic and helpful. However, some tour members were late for the return meeting time, causing delays. But the kids had fun, so it was worth it. The snow is artificial and hard, and there wasn't much snow (artificial snow) when we came.

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

The ski resort was great. The sledge was so fun. The only negative part is that they would leave us if we are just late like 10minutes. Example they said to assemble at 8:00am we went 8:10am but they said they would depart at 8:30. They just didn’t wait for us and we paid big money for this.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A fantastic experience at Kobe Beef Steak SAKURA Teppanyaki! The restaurant itself was spacious and beautiful. The ingredients for the dinner were of high quality and prepared perfectly by our chef, James. He took the time to explain what we were eating that night as well as giving tips on the best way/order to eat in order to maximize the tasting experience. James was also very personable, engaging us in a light hearted conversation while maintaining his concentration in preparing our meal perfectly. We learned he lived in the same area we were from (Toronto, Ontario) a few years ago and that it was his birthday the day we dined at the restaurant. Would highly recommend!
