A huge thank you to Sally for the customized itinerary recommendation! The Changbai Mountain trip left me amazed! The majestic peaks were covered in white snow, resembling a wonderland. I customized a private itinerary, from relaxing in the hot springs to snow hiking, which made for a unique experience. The local guides were professional and enthusiastic, taking us to explore hidden spots and taste authentic cuisine. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, with attentive service. me and my mother from Indonesia have a great time woth this tour. it's a bit hectic but all go smoothly. our tour guide is Jie Jie, she handle everything good and very impatient to all of ud, especially us, who can't speak Chinese. there may be a little miss communication but she try her best! it's trusted and all good.

Visited on early November, considered low season and less crowded on the attractions. Some places are still not operating but tour guide provide alternative plan for us, else refund partially to us. Free upgrade to comfortable 6 seater car and our tour guide been helping /guiding us all the time. In other terms, very flexible and accommodating our request everytime. He also a funny and cheerful guy - Mr Xue. Food is nice, service is warm, accomodation is good and convenient to many shops /eateries. Definitely recommended and they deserve 5 star rating!
