Fuzz free and easy to redeem. Had an enjoyable stay at Legoland land Korea. room was spacious which can sleeps 3 kids and 2 Adults. Took taxi from Cheochun station to Legoland hotel.

The hotel was wonderful! My parents stayed there and were extremely satisfied. They said the facilities were great, the view was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly! Also, Klook had the best price compared to all other platforms!

The building is old and run-down. The noise between floors is excessive; when people run upstairs, the noise feels like it exceeds 100 decibels. Horizontal noise is also a problem; you can hear conversations and the sound of plugging things into outlets from the next room. Furthermore, it seems that there hasn't been much reception and service for families, as the staff's professionalism regarding the location of facilities or answers to questions is noticeably lacking. The signage for Valley Village and Hills Village is inadequate, which is confusing for first-timers.

It was my first time visiting Gangneung, and it was such a pleasant experience thanks to the accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean, and I'm 100% willing to use it again next time.

our tour guide Brandon was hands on the sweetest and best tour guide! He always patiently explain everything to us multiple times and make sure everyone understands. he also took pictures for everyone on the tour multiple times!!! the tour was soooo worth it, it’s cheaper than the alternative tour I was going to book and they included a surprise stop- alpaca world which end up being my favorite.

The redemption was really easy. Just head straight to the barrier gate with your QR code and you could gained access to the ferry terminal. The waiting time at the ferry terminal is about 10 mins. This was our 2nd visit to Nami Island. The last we came was in Spring. This time winter. The view really superb. Kids were having lots of fun playing with the snow even though they were disappointed that it didn't snow due to sudden weather changed. We hung out at the bakery cafe and the view to the lake was very nice. Overall, nice experience.

the Vivaldi Ski Park is quite a distance away from Seoul city and takes about 2.5hrs to reach. the sledge activities are really fun and there’s plenty of snow play. it was an overall very good and fun experience and the organiser is very well organised and took good care of the group. totally recommend them!
