We arrived at the station and just had to show our passport. Everything was very smooth. It was worth taking business class, as it was the longest train journey we had taken. The seat reclines completely flat, there are two meals depending on the travel time, a pillow, a blanket, snacks, an attendant who even tells you the right time to get off the train, and exclusive space for luggage. Also considering that business class is less noisy, has fewer people per car, and an exclusive area for luggage, it was very advantageous. Unfortunately, the population here has very different customs; they are extremely noisy (I thought no one would take the trophy from the Italians for talking loudly, but they did), they cough, sneeze, and spit all the time without wearing a mask or covering their mouth, if it gets on you, it's your problem. So it was advantageous compared to first and second class.
