Where can I buy a JR Tokyo Wide Pass?

The easiest, most convenient way to buy the JR Tokyo Wide Pass is through Klook. You’ll get an instant confirmation in your email after booking and paying.
You’ll receive your QR code in your email (take note that you’ll be given one QR code per booking and not per unit or ticket). You can redeem your ticket at the JR Ueno station (via WAmazing vending machine inside JR EAST Travel Service Center). To redeem,  just scan your QR code and passport. After that, you can hop on the Tokyo train of your choice!

    Other important things to know:

To ensure that your train trips  are hassle-free, make sure to bring your actual  passport,  not just photocopies or your driver’s licence
If you’ve reserved a seat  you can go to a JR EAST Travel Service Centre or a Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi) at any major JR East stations before boarding and present this pass to get your   (free) reserved-seat ticket.
You can book your JR Tokyo Wide Passes  a month before you use them, but you can’t purchase a pass more than a month in advance.
While the pass can be used for most shinkansen lines, it’s not valid on the Tokaido Shinkansen (not operated by JR East).
