Argo is the newest resident at the Four Seasons Hotel, launching only recently this year. Given that its neighboring restaurants hold Michelin-star recognitions, guests are guaranteed something special at this Central, Hong Kong bar.
Dubbed as one of the trendiest bars of the summer, Argo combines a tasteful design of pastel hued walls, tufted furnishing, and theatrical lighting overlooking the city skyline. As for its signature menu, famed mixologist Lorenzo Antinori centered on the ingredients of honey, cacao, vanilla, coffee, rice and apple for that hint of drink magic. Try out the Bark, Leaf & Love cocktail for a lighter hit, which mixes Pierre Ferrand cognac, Barr Hill honey gin, sandalwood, ivy tea, and split cream.

If you’re in the mood for a night of blues, DarkSide is a sophisticated but cool jazz bar that promises quality live music over delicious cocktails. This establishment was actually ranked 40 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021 list, so you know DarkSide is the real deal. While its music scene may be its pull factor, DarkSide's new menu steals the spotlight, taking inspiration from the moon and its eight phases. Want to try their classics instead? We recommend The Gibson, a blend of T&T Vodka / Widges Gin, riesling wine, mancino vermouth secco, mancino vermouth bianco, tio pepe, and onion essence. The rest of the classics menu focuses on dark spirits, claiming its namesake indeed.

This “surreptitious” speakeasy is an actual room at The Pottinger Hotel, wherein no more than 20 guests can enter at the same time. Guests need to check-in at The Envoy, another bar at The Pottinger, and get themselves a keycard to the exclusive Room 309.
Inside this hotel bar is a world of imagination, fashioned with elegant shades of green and antique keys that line up the walls. The cocktails are just as exclusive an experience as the location, with a menu called Invisible Cocktails that highlights taste over presentation (the drinks are colorless!) At Room 309, guests can just be whoever they want to be and let flavors and their imagination run wild.
