Khao San Road is one of the most popular nightlife areas in Bangkok.
Dubbed the “party street,” the area attracts locals and tourists alike thanks to its vibrant atmosphere, neon lights and fun vibe. From bars that are lined up in the street, to Thai food, great drinks and live music, Khao San Road has it all If you like to mingle and party, this place is for you.

Unlike Khao San Road, Soi Cowboy is a much smaller street but it doesn't mean that the amount of fun is minimised here. Lined with go go bars, this alley is the main red light district of Bangkok so you can expect sex shows, ping pong shows, neon lights and dancing girls.
Although Soi Cowboy is a lot more laid back than Nana Plaza and Patpong, it has some of the city's best clubs (Levels, Sugar, Insanity), cocktail bars (Havana Social, Oskar, Alchemistbar), and rooftop bars (Above Eleven, Nest).

    3. Explore Patpong Night Market

Patpong is Bangkok's oldest red light district, located in the heart of the city's sex industry and the birthplace of Thailand's go-go culture. The go go bars at Patpong are a well known part of Bangkok nightlife and are older than the ones found at Soi Cowboy or Nana Plaza.
Bangkok's flourishing night markets make the city come alive. While you're there don't miss Patpong Night Market which is one of Bangkok's most well-known night markets, and it is very popular with tourists. This night market sells souvenirs, gifts, clothing, handbags, jewellery, and other touristy items.
Known as Bangkoks "naughty central" Nana Plaza is three storeys of go go bars, entertainment options and open-air bars, making it even less family friendly than Soi Cowboy and Patpong.

    4. Check out the notorious Nana Plaza

The ground floor of Nana Plaza is catered for party goers who just want to drink at a bar. The next two levels are more notorious. Among these are Spanky's, Angewitch, and Fantasia A Go Go. Rainbow 4 is one of the largest, with a mixed crowd of westerners and Japanese visitors. For their dazzling ladyboy shows, G-Spot, Cassanova, and Temptations are among the most popular. Angel Witch, on the left, is also a big hit with its rock theme shows.

    5. Soak in Bangkok’s skyline at one of its rooftop bars

SING SING THEATER appears to be more of a 1930s Shanghai hotel lobby than a bar or club, but don't be fooled by the retro-futuristic Chinese lanterns, red low lighting, or delicately carved metal screens - SING SING THEATER packs a punch.
A small central dance floor, several bars, mezzanines, "hidden" backrooms, and several single-table balconies are scattered throughout the venue. Almost every night of the week, you'll hear something new, from Old School Hip Hop to House and Trance.
