Reviews
The venue isn't very big, and unfortunately, you can't see the moon. The movie is perfect for kids. Arriving half an hour early to queue guarantees a seat in the front row. After the first movie, my child got sleepy and wanted to go home. Waiting until 11 pm to get the cash voucher wasn't easy. Overall, it was a good experience.
A full moon night for people and their pups – so much fun, none of the dogs wanted to leave!
Outdoor movies are more than just "watching a film"; they're a unique experience that combines community, nature, and a sense of nostalgia. Regarding this particular event, the staff's service was excellent, but the organization was chaotic, and the event's orderliness had several issues.
good experience but a bit hot at night. Good location. But coupon delivered after 11pm is unreasonable ! !!! It is not mentioned when I purchase. Hope this article can be modified.
It was a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival night with friends. The atmosphere was great and both movies were suitable for playing. They were funny and heartwarming. The lanterns, moon cakes and drinks were all good! Afterwards, the mall staff were efficient, courteous and friendly in helping me get the ice cream coupons back.
The arrangement was appropriate and the weather was good. Everyone was very happy watching movies on the platform.
There is a large grassy area where you can sit anywhere you want, with different lighting around, free popcorn and screen printing services, and balloon twisting. Very suitable for activities for the whole family. In addition, the gift packages are quite rich.
This is the first time I bought tickets here on klook. The transaction went smoothly and I was very satisfied with the experience.
The venue is thoughtfully decorated, the staff is friendly, and the gifts are attractive. Improvement: Ice cream coupons will be distributed after 11:00 that night. This should be made clear to participants in the event content so that parents with children can consider carefully. After all, this event attracts families, and many parents bring young children. It is difficult to stay up so late in the hot weather. However, you can get back the $50 ice cream coupon at your discretion after contacting customer service.
The entire redemption process was smooth, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the ice cream coupons were reserved until 11 o'clock, first come first come
