Tra Que Village Half-Day Local Village Bike Tour

We had a great morning cycling through the rice fields with our guide, Kim! She spoke English well, was knowledgeable and we learned so much from her. The beef phó that was served to us was the best we've had so far in Vietnam. She also gave us very good recommendations. Highly recommended!!

Our Tra Que Village and Bicycle Tour was a delightful experience! Our guide, Emma, was incredibly informative, engaging and curious. She not only shared valuable insights, but she also encouraged interaction by asking us questions in return. Also, the families we visited were warm and hospitable, offering a genuine glimpse into their local life as they shared their farm life and taught us to make rice paper. And I must say, the Cao Lau lunch was an absolute delight.

We came on this tour on 14th July. Wegot to see the green fields of rice at this time. Our guide Kim was excellent! Her English is very good, she taught us a lot of vietnamese culture and in the farm we learn, smelled, tasted many different herbs, plants grown in the farm and used in the cooking. I recommend this tour and Kim for those seeking a bit of quiet time away from the busy hustle of old town. A good way to get good tips and spots that you are seeking for your stay in Hoi An. It was a great experience with a lovely guide. We stopped to see a temple, spent time at the farm and enjoyed a refreshing drink. Guide Kim also brought us to try a specialty pho and street dessert. It was an informative tour and Kim was attentive to our safety and wellbeing throughout. Thank you!

A great experience! Our guide Jackie was super informative and smart, she answered all of our questions. The bike ride is really fun and easy. The villagers you interact with on the tour are welcoming and hospital. Don’t miss this tour!

This is a great activity, especially if you have kids. Our guide spoke English well. You’ll ride to a farming village where you see all the produce sold in Hoi An. Then you’ll try your hand at making rice crackers. Finally you’ll get to try out farming for yourself. The bike ride was pleasant and picturesque through the village and rice paddies. Finally, you’ll finish up at one of Hoi An’s better banh mi shop.

Kim was very friendly and helpful. my friend was not a very experienced cyclist but Kim was reassuring, encouraging and ensured my safety while cycling on the roads of Hoi An. We learnt more about the vegetables and fruits grown in Tra Que village and had the opportunity to taste them. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested to explore more of Hoi An on a bicycle.
