My boyfriend and I were seated together, but we were assigned to the back, which was a bit of a shame since it was his birthday and we had hoped to sit closer to the front. However, they assigned our seats for us. Even though we were in the second row, we both had window seats and could see the scenery. What made us happier was that the clouds were quite thick that day, and we thought we wouldn't be able to see the sunset or much change in the rock formations. But we were lucky and saw beautiful scenery and a stunning sunset.
It was a really exciting and wonderful trip. The day before the flight they will call you to confirm the flight and the pick-up time. Before the flight, the crew will help you to take a photo with a helicopter before you go on a ride. The pilot and the crew are all really professional and the hotel transportation is on time. During the flight, the pilot will also explain some information about Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa, which is really interesting. Highly recommend booking this event for the fascinating experience.
On-time hotel pick-up and drop-off, seat assignment based on weight. I was lucky to be seated next to the pilot. The 25-minute flight is very exciting, and you can see a different Uluru from high altitude.
Great experience, worth a try. Super punctual hotel pick-up and drop-off, and you can board the plane after watching the safety video. The 25-minute flight was wonderful.
I took the 15-minute tour of Uluru only. After completing the reservation, I received an email asking if it was possible to change the time in order to adjust the number of people. The hotel pick-up was easy to understand, and after arriving at the facility, I watched a safety video. The helicopter seated 6 people, and you can take a photo with the helicopter before boarding. Uluru from the sky was amazing, and it was a valuable experience. I could also see Kata Tjuta in the distance. Including the pick-up, I was able to return to the hotel in about an hour, so I recommend experiencing it on the first day after arriving at Uluru.
It’s fun and punctual. The tour guide is friendly. The captain is also very friendly and explains the safety measures. It’s not dangerous. Unfortunately, we are light and cannot sit in the front. If we sit next to the captain, we have a good view.
Unforgettable experience! And highly recommended. 👌seeing the rock and the whole area from the air is amazing! The pilot also shared interesting facts about the land.
The ride allows you to see Uluru and Kata Tjuta from various different angles before and during sunset. The pilot will turn the helicopter to cater for photo opportunities irrespective of which side of the aircraft you are sitting on. The pilot will also do detailed explanation of the landscape during the flight. A very worthwhile experience.
It was my first time riding a helicopter, and although I was a little nervous at first, the feeling of lifting off into the sky was much smoother than I had imagined ,it was incredibly exciting. The view of Uluru from above was absolutely stunning and deeply moving. The vast red landscape stretched endlessly in every direction, and Uluru standing alone in the middle of it looked even more majestic from the air. One of the best parts of the flight was enjoying the 360-degree panoramic view that only a helicopter ride can offer. The pilot and guide were also very kind and professional. From the pre-flight briefing to the in-flight commentary, they were thoughtful and attentive, which allowed me to relax and fully enjoy the experience. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I highly recommend seeing Uluru from the sky . It's something everyone should try at least once.
Chose the sunset helicopter ride and it did not disappoint. Was lucky enough to sit in the front with the pilot. Got nice view of Uluru and surrounding area.
