Reviews
Phillip Island is truly a mesmerizing place to visit. The tour guide was incredibly humorous, telling lots of jokes during the drive. He also shared interesting cultural and historical insights along the way.
Elliot was a great guide and explained each part of the trip with care and detail. We managed to get on time to all of our destinations and have efficient time to see the spots. This trip is great for sightseeing and snapping photos. The penfuin Prade was spectacular and well presented. We went on a cold afternoon, so we advise to go well covered and perhaps grab a hot drink before seating to watch the penguins (no food, as the seagulls will come bother you quite often and may attack)
It was a great day, I made a selfie with a kangaroo and I've seen my beloved kingfisher bird, then we watched funny little penguins on the beach. It was my last day in Australia so It was a nice farewell spent with typical Aussie animals, the guide was very attentive :) Thx.
Craig is an exceptional tour guide. He was very helpful and made every effort to ensure we could attend the Koala Encounter at Moonlit Sanctuary. He also provided numerous useful tips and detailed explanations about the trip. All the animals we saw, Wombat, Wallaby, Koala, Little Penguins are all very cute and adoreable. A very decent trip with a great tour guide in overall
What an amazing adventure this trip turned out to be! Our family had an absolute blast, and we can't thank James enough for his outstanding service. He was incredibly punctual and kept us entertained with great conversations throughout the entire journey. We were beyond satisfied and couldn't have asked for a better experience! A huge shoutout and thumbs up to James!
Overall experience was good. It was too hot at Moonlight Santuary which results the Koalas and Wallabies were not in the mood to meet us. The last stop - penguin parades was amazing! Must bring sweater or jacket along..
Very fun and helpful tour guide (John) and good variety of stops. Time at Moonlit Sanctuary was a bit short but good to get a short taster of Australian animals. I'm sure it depends on time of year, but as an indication of timing for June, we went to: Moonlit Sanctuary (11:45am-12:35pm), Cape Woolamai (1:40pm-2:00pm), Cowes town (2:20pm-3:20pm), The Nobbies (3:40pm-4:10pm), Penguin Parade (4:45pm-6:45pm). Returned to Melbourne CBD before 8:45pm.
We have booked a day trip to Phillip Island with Sightseeing Tour through the Klook platform. This trip may seem rush as there was a lot of tourist spots that was included in the itinerary. But nevertheless, the tour guide made it to his very best that we could at least have some time to view and took memorable pictures. Our tour guide, John, was very friendly, funny, responsible, polite and has vast experience as a tour guide. He has great passion in his job that makes him a very good tour guide that I have seen so far. He has explained very well the Melbourne history as well as the places that we visited. I personally learned a lot of the local history from his sharing that I would probably not be able to know if I drove myself to these places. He did to his best to accommodate his guests’ requests during the trip and we appreciated his great effort to make the trip so memorable for us. Indeed, it was a very comfortable and safe trip with him. Recommended.
Enjoy the tour so much, great way if you want to see all the Australia animals in a day. Mr Berry is a friendly guide and driver. He gave us brief introduction of places that he drove past. He drove safely through out the journey. Penguins parade was such a beautiful experience, watching the cute little ones wadder their way from the sea shore to their nest. Though no photographs are allow during that time, our eyes caught the amazing sight. Maybe just a good to know heads up for forks booking from cosmopolitan hotel, we will be the first to pick up and last to drop off. The tour ended past midnight for us. Around addition 30-40mins more compare to if your pick up is from city.
Impressive Klook day tour when our family visited Melbourne in November 2023. The tour bus picked us up at our downtown hotel at 1pm. We first visited the Moonlit Sanctuary where we saw koalas, kangaroos, and lots of native animalsand plants. Then the bus took us to the picturesque Woolamai surf beach and the beautiful Nobbies coastline. The highlight of the tour was the sunset Penguin Parade, where we viewed hundreds of Little Penguins swimming up the beach and waddling along the broadwalk bottom to their nests. Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended for any visitor to Melbourne.
