12-Hour Blue Mountains with River Cruise Day Tour

At first I was disappointed coz it says upon completion of booking in Klook app that our hotel is available for door to door pickup but the final email instruction is pickup on nearest available from our hotel. But I really enjoyed the tour, bus driver/tour guide is very knowledgable, bus is very comfortable and time given to us is sufficient to roam around every stops and take pictures. Worth every penny paid.. my favorite part is the end of the tour - instead of taking us to our pickup hotel, the driver drop us off the end of cruise and gave us money to pay for the cruise fare and able to see the majestic view of the darling bridge and opera house

Barry was the driver and also being the guide sharing information about Australia and the blue mountain. Itinerary was tight but we managed to rush through all the 3 rides in BM and had a good view at Echo Point. The “cruise” was actually a public ferry ride so not a must. Nice trip though on the pricy side. Still recommended

This tour package was so worth it! No hassle since there's hotel pick up. Our driver Huxley was enthusiastic and entertaining throughout the tour. His insights into the local culture added depth to our visit that made it more memorable. We highly appreciate his recommendations which enhanced our experience. The destinations were breathtakingly beautiful. We had so much fun with the wildlife encounters at the Featherdale Wildlife Park. Overall experience was a 10/10! (I will highly suggest that you spend 3hours at the Blue Mountain Scenic World and just have your lunch there, the coal miner's burger was the best!)

super worth it and the view was amazing! the tour was well planned and we had a great time. had enough time at scenic world to explore and it was great. only letdown was the ferry as it didnt really feel necessary but great views of sydney at night.

My favorite moment when going on this tour is when I finally get to meet kangaroos and koalas. The second one is when I apply on the Scenic World. I love the “Steepest raiway” and it gives me the vibe. I felt the happines raging inside me (atleast is only I felt the hapiness, mom doesn’t, it’s not for everyone though). Thank you!!!

Great day tour. Tour is carried out in the manner that there is 1 driver who is also being the guide, but not tour guide, as he doesn't accompany you in each destination. He explains the destination and gives general interesting facts about Sydney as he drives you from point to point. The particular driver/guide I got was a young man who is very humourous and kind. He waits for late arrivals at each destination patiently and will fill the void with humour for those who have alrready arrived and are also waiting. he makes sure to communicate with other drivers abou his late participants so that they can help direct them to the correct bus or location if they come across them. He also brings us to additional location for a quick visit if we have some allowance in time. Overall, a very pleasant guide, making the trip very comfortable. Each location was also allocated enough time (in my opinion) to walk and take photos and for lunch or snack. But if you would like to shop around in the small village, time might be tight. I only had time for a quick lunch and photo takings, definitely not much time for shoppinng and browsing the cute little shops. Also chose this particular tour amongst the others because we go out to featherdale park instead of the zoo. Seemed much easier to interact with the various animals as compared to the zoo. Booking wise: Through Klook, though the process was smooth, the details are sort of messy. If anyone is confused at how there are 3 different timings mentioned throughout the booking process. just follow the pick up time you selected for your pick up location at the next page. The driver/guide will be punctual with that timing.. Defintely reach earlier to monitor the pickup location. (There was a pick up location that has somesort of group tour buses lined outside with many staff moving around, and our driver has to park the bus on the 2nd lane and walked pass the buses and many staff loading up baggages to go on on to the pavement to look for the tour participants)

Guide Jet was amazing and informative.lunch at leura was short. had to rush. the mountain views were spectacular. the rides are scenic world were great. had fun at the featherdale zoo, interacting with animals

Picked this Blue Mountains tour because of the bus/ferry combination. Time at each stop was just right. Jed was a funny, entertaining and knowledgeable guide. I wish all guides were like him. it’s a well organised and efficient tour.

Max was an amazing guide, filling the journey with his humour and knowledgeable explanations. Enjoyed the itinerary, starting with a tour of featherdale wildlife reserve, visiting a nice little village before heading up to the blue mountain. Only upset was the really long drive to the ferry terminal, which was unexpected. thought the ferry ride was straight from blue mountain. nonetheless, it was a beautiful ferry cruise.
