They are very efficient and nice, yet they didn’t suggest hair style based on my appearance (maybe because they are not very fluent in english). I wish they could make more use of translators/ recruit staff fluent in english, but the overall experience is great and the result is cool

When I told them the hairstyle I wanted, they gave me advice that would suit my bone structure and face shape, and asked me many times how I like it, which was very kind. It was my first time at a Korean hair salon, but I would like to go again. Although they only spoke Korean and English, they spoke slowly and I am grateful that they understood my poor Korean.

I really liked how they cut and styled my hair. I requested a layered cut with face framing pieces and they did very well. Not a lot of them speak English but we were able to communicate through Papago/body language. My stylist also recommended other treatments for my hair but they weren’t too overbearing/hard selling.

I bought it last year for a friend to use and I thought the drawings were beautiful. This time I experienced it myself and I really felt that the teacher was very good and he drew a different version of me. However, I saw that coffee was provided in the plan, but I didn’t receive it that day~

I really liked my makeup! It was nice and suited my face. It was a little cakey, but I also have very textured and blemished skin, so others may not face the same problem. My makeup artist made my eyes look super big and pretty, which I loved. I was most impressed by their handling of my madarosis, which causes me to not have eyelashes. While I could tell they were startled, they recovered smoothly and gave me beautiful eye makeup that made it look like I had lashes. I was grateful for their accomodation, attitude, and skills.

This is my third time here. The barber is friendly and his skills are excellent.

I was grateful that they explained everything to me carefully even though I can't speak Korean ㅠㅠ It took about 5 staff members in total to complete my look, from hair styling to makeup. I want to say thank you to all the staff. My friends also praised it, and I was impressed that my makeup didn't come off from early in the morning until late at night!
