So comfortable during the entire ride! Did not mind the 5 hour travel because of the quality service
no hussle. highly recommended. easy transfer. though for return we booked via plane as the time for travel doesn’t have the time we want.
It would be very helpful if you notify your passenger at least a day before or hours before if you change the departure time. We have the initial perception that our bus departs at 06:45 but then you changed it to 06:15 without any final notification. No one even look for us knowing that we are not in the pick up area nor inside the bus.
Other than the coach arrived a bit late, everything went smooth. I like that they don’t allow food and drinks inside because it maintains the cleanliness. The seats were spacious too.
Arrived on time! Very comfy ride! Was not able to arrived on my target time but it's fine 'cause it's unavoidable. Highly recommended for those who want to travel between MY and SG

Easy to board! Just be at the location at the given time and the driver will have your name for boarding. Bus was very comfortable and the journey was pretty smooth. Driver was also very safe throughout the journey
