We booked this klook sevice, and our driver Minh made the trip seamless. He was very punctual, picking us up at the hotel on time. There was a language barrier (he speaks mostly Vietnamese), but it wasn’t an issue as we used Google Translate. He rearranged our itinerary perfectly and responded quickly via WhatsApp. The weather was perfect, and the trip was comfortable and hassle-free.
