- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
- Children with a height of 89cm or below can enter free of charge
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Adults are responsible for their child companion's animal interactions
- As this is an outdoor experience, we recommend to wear comfortable clothing and full covered shoes
- For a safe experience, guests must join and follow the group at all times
- Do not make loud noises, yell, scream, or chase after the animals. Throwing objects towards animals is strictly prohibited
- Feed the animals with ZooDoo-provided food only
- If found violating any of the rules, guests will immediately be asked to leave the premises and no refunds will be issued
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
