Redemption was fuss free and easy. Affordable deals but place quite empty when we went LOL
It’s a very beautiful place to visit. The environment was cool, clean air and nice scenery for tourist to take photo. Overall enjoyable trip.
There are not many people there, and you can wear big coats inside, so you don’t need to be afraid of the cold~ Especially the icy slide, the children will have fun playing it, and they will fall asleep instantly after getting on the MRT!
The place is not too big, but the ice slides are fun!
Very nicely carved out ice sculptures! There is even a slide to play.
Didn't manage to go, but will definitely book via Klook again if i were to visit.
Closed, but without any notice! I made a special trip and didn't have to play. Very disappointed and back! Can't refund, I feel cheated! 😭😭😭
When the ticket was exchanged on August 13, the ticket sales staff told us that the ice slides that had entered the area were damaged, could not be played, and the ice sculptures were also melting. It is not recommended to enter the market. This is completely inconsistent with the introduction in Klook. A refund has been submitted to klook and no reply has been received yet. Don't buy tickets
