Easy and smooth process to claim. Hotel's design a bit old school but never the less comfortable. For dinner, can choose only 1 fried dishes (either rice / mee / kuey tiau) and 1 juice. Breakfast is a buffet with simple spread.

Good service by hotel staffs and the food at Warisan Cafe, was OK. The stay was cozy. No live band or anything special in that hotel. more on relaxing. too crowded at the pool and gym where not so safe for the current situation.

Went for babymoon trip at Royale Chulan is da bomb! Can act like tourist around KL since Pavillion just 5mins travel via grab. Just don’t expect too much for complimentary dinner since the budget for 2 pax is RM80 but mee goreng mamak itself cost around RM31 😅 breakfast no worries can eat the buffet. Warm welcome from all the staff there, even got a free upgrade room since our first room the aircond was broken. Thank you so much Royale Chulan!

Everythings are very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly the breakfast and dinner are delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Royale Chulan is very comfortable hotel to have a weekend getaway. It is very near to all the major attractions in KL. Highly recommended.
