Sydney Whale Watching Cruise with Breakfast or Lunch

We saw a lot of whales in the tour! But it was quite bumpy in part of the sailing, so I would recommend taking some pills for seasick beforehand. After returning to the Harbour, the ship will tour around so you can take good photos of the attractions.

The view of Sydney from the boat was amazing. There were also a lot of whales. I couldn't take a powerful photo, but I was moved. The food for lunch was delicious. The boat rocks, so I recommend taking motion sickness medicine before boarding. I was also able to watch dolphins on the way back, which was exciting.

This was a fantastic trip! After showing your ticket confirmation at the counter at the pier, you'll receive a boarding pass. You'll use this pass to board the ship and then have lunch. Lunch lasts for one hour, and there's a coffee machine available for self-service. Afterward, we headed out to sea to look for whales and dolphins. We actually saw a whale! It was hard to catch it flipping over, and I missed the chance to take a photo that one time, but I got many shots of its tail! We also saw dolphins and even sea lions at the end! The boat was quite rocky, and a few passengers got very seasick. If you're prone to motion sickness, you might want to think twice before joining this tour.

Food was average but the crew made up for it. The explanation provided by the commentator was great and kudos to the crew that we saw dolphins and many sightings of humpback whales. Thanks! ☺️

Water can be choppy so don't forget to take sea sick tablets. There is a pharmacy nearby but it is pricy (approx 15 for a box of 12 tablets) so better get some beforehand. The tour is great - we managed to see many whales and also dolphins. Staff are super friendly n helpful too. highly recommended!

The meeting point is clearly guided, and the lunch on board is simple but delicious. The scenery along the way to the sea is beautiful, and the warm winter sun is very comfortable on the body. After going out to sea, the captain tried hard to look for whale traces, but unfortunately he had missed the season when the whales moved north. He only encountered a few whales with their backs slightly above the sea, which was a surprising glimpse. On the way back, we encountered a group of dolphins playing in the water, which was a wonderful ending to the bumpy trip.

It was a great experience! I was worried because there weren't many Korean reviews, but the 2-hour short course seems like you'd only see dolphins! You have to wait for the whales to appear after arriving at the point, but there's plenty of time, so I saw a lot of whales! If you want to see humpback whales, be sure to apply for this! I think I saw about 7 humpback whales~ The round trip travel time to the whale point seems to be about 1 hour and a half, but it wasn't difficult at all! I enjoyed sightseeing at Gap Park on the way, and I think I took more photos of the Opera House view than when I took the ferry. It's really awesome! After passing the ferry terminal and heading towards the Opera House, you can exchange your ticket with a card at Princess Cruises on the left and line up. They also give you motion sickness medicine when you exchange your ticket, but I took mine in advance. But I don't think I would have gotten motion sickness even if I hadn't taken it! There's also coffee and water! The bathroom is also clean.

A must-do activity in Sydney! Seeing whales swimming next to you is an unforgettable experience. If you are lucky, you may even see more than one whale, an experience you won’t be able to experience anywhere else.
