- Before making a reservation, please make sure the International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by your home country is eligible for car rental service in Vietnam
- Day charges are based on 24 hours. For example, if you pick up the scooter in 8:00am on 1 May and return it in 8:00am on 2 May, you will be charged for 1 day of rental
- Your scooter brand will be selected randomly
- Minimum age requirement 18+
- Vietnamese citizens must present a valid ID and driver's license upon receiving the scooter
- Non-Vietnamese passport holders must present their passport upon receiving the scooter
- The operator will keep your passport as a deposit, they will return your passport if everything is in order
- If you do not want to deposit your passport, a deposit of VND28,000,000 in cash to local operator is required
- In case you damage or lost the scooter, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement

- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
- Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited

The scooter was great and it was delivered straight to my hotel. The owner can speak a bit of English as well so communication was great. Overall a great experience to see great places in Nha Trang with a scooter on my birthday trip!
Easy to deal with. The staff sent door to door service. The motorbike is new come with helmet. The staff will teach how to handle the motorbike. They will keep your passport until you return the motorbike. (This is normal procedure at all country).
Delivered and returned the car very promptly at the hotel. Very careful instructions, new good bike, two clean helmets to meet standards. Overall extremely satisfied
They kindly brought a scooter to the hotel, the price was reasonable, and the motorcycle was in good condition. Thanks to that, I had a good tour of the city in Nha Trang. However, if you are a woman or not good at riding a motorcycle, do not rent one. There are no signals, so driving a scooter in Nha Trang is very difficult and dangerous. I am a good motorcycle rider. So, I tried to be careful and safely, but it is very dangerous in the city. I only recommend it to men who are good at riding motorcycles. Everything about the scooter was good~^^
If you can ride a motorcycle You should try using the service. The service is quite good. You can choose to pick up at the hotel. Or you can have it delivered to us. The condition of the car is quite good. There is good advice.

It was my first time renting a scooter, but it was so good. They even brought it to my hotel and picked it up. It was great. ㅋ 6,500 won for 24 hours, and it was great to fill up the tank with gas for 60,000 dong for two days. Even if you ride it all day, there were still 2 spaces left~~ I didn't need to call a taxi, and I could just go wherever I saw on the scooter. It was too hot to walk, but it was cool to ride a motorcycle. The exhaust was a bit bad, but it should be okay if you wear a mask. Next time I go to Vietnam, I want to rent from Klook again.
