Under the epidemic, it is difficult to move forward, only staying in Hong Kong staycation. The Tai O Heritage Hotel has been on our pocket list, because of my personal interest in ancient buildings, and I have not visited Tai O for many years. Because booking is a weekday, the traffic is smooth from Tung Chung to the hotel and it only takes an hour and a half to walk. To mention interested visitors, most travel apps recommend getting on the bus at Fudong Square. If you follow, you have to go to Changsha where you can take a seat. So be sure to queue up at the Tung Chung Bus Terminal. When I came to Tai O last time, there was also the crossing of water. Now, there is only one iron bridge left, plus a few speedboats going out to see the row houses. All the way to the hotel, there are many cats along the way. Domestic cats and wild cats cannot be distinguished. Cat lovers remember to bring tins. The hotel check-in is fairly smooth. The rooms are suites with one bedroom, one living room and two bathrooms. The sanitary condition is okay, but I found a four-legged snake resting, so I couldn’t bother it. The breakfast and dinner included with the package are also good, but there is room for improvement if the steak becomes 70% fully cooked. Most of the waiters have excellent attitudes, but it is unknown that the only waitress who delivered the food to the room was black-faced twice in the room, and my brows were frowned upon asking me every sentence. Later, I really don't know where I offended her.
