Very easy to redeem, just walk in to check in desk and tell them your last name, they'll print out boarding pass for you; the entire process is less than 5 minutes.
The checkin was smooth, Klook gave accurate instructions and were very helpful during the booking process to provide alternate booking dates, as the original dates werr unavailable from sealink.
Comfortable and spacious! You can bring your car and trailer onboard too.
