It was very easy to redeem the drink. You just need to show the barcode to the cashier and it is done! This is one of my top favorite choice among all the milk tea and I love it!

My 2nd experience with an F&B deal on Klook. Sadly can't compare to my first. The merchant didn't know how redemption works! Made me pay additional on top of what I've already paid online to get the voucher!! Took them 20 mins trying to figure out what to do. And finally refunded me. Sigh...that said, the #Thirstday deal was good. And the product tasted nice. Just that the service was lacking (Sri Petaling branch). Maybe an isolated case?
