This was our first time booking through Klook. And it was effortless. Mr. Im was very gracious. He was on time waiting for us in the hotel lobby. He was very knowledgeable. My wife has dietary restrictions. He made sure to take us to a place that met her requirement. His knowledge and way of delivering the history of Ayutthaya and of Thailand was also very nice. Thank you Klook and Mr. Im for such an enjoyable excursion.
