we dragged on with klook customer service to clear the input data problem in the app almost three days. they couldn’t resolve the problem and We finally decided to ignore the wrong input and caught up the last minute application. In the details as shown on the tour, there is free pick up and drop off. After we confirmed all our booking in Klook, they sent us the agent contact for our reference. when we asked the agent when they will pick us up. they just said they could not arrange. finally we need to go to the meeting point by ourselves. Apart from the above, the tour was interesting and the catch and dine in the boat was good too.
