Galangal Cooking Class in Chiang Mai

AHHHH. I enjoyed this cooking class so much! I booked the evening class and was able to see a glimpse of the market and the most common ingredients in Thai cuisines. We made a plenty of dishes (4) per person and it was beyond appetizing! We learned how to cook various dishes and were able to enjoy them after so it's pretty much a fun experience, giving us plenty of time to digest after each food preparation too. Our guide was so nice and patient with us and was able to introduce us to the flavors of Thailand. The van service was hassle-free and all of the other staff were also accommodating. If I come back to Chiang Mai (hopefully soon bec I love it so much here), I'll definitely book this cooking class! 100% will recommend. 🤎

Mr. Cucumber, who was a cooking teacher, was very kind and nice. He was also very good at English, but he was considerate of us and spoke slowly so that we could understand it. On the way, he went to the market and explained each ingredient one by one, so it was a great experience. The cooking place was very clean, and even people who are new to making Thai food explained how to make it easily. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha since I was so full after eating Pad Thai and tom yum goong with beer, I packed up the food I couldn't eat and ate it for a late night snack and ate it until the next day. I think it will remain Highly recommend!!!

The itinerary includes a visit to the market, four dishes, mango sticky rice, and Thai milk tea teaching. It is a very interesting course. It is recommended to participate. The teacher's teaching explanation is very clear. It takes about two hours to take the cooking class, and you can eat at the table outside after finishing it. .The classroom is very clean, and after finishing, there are assistants who will help clean the utensils.

Great place to learn Thai cooking. They offer classes in both English and Chinese. We had the Chinese class with 阿文老师 and she was amazing. The teacher was very patient and answered all of our questions. The meal was delicious and we can’t wait to cook more Thai food in the future.

It was a very fun experience. I was lucky enough to have just two people today, my friend and I. We cooked five kinds of food and a cup of milk tea in two and a half hours. We really did it ourselves when we were taught, even tearing the mango sticky rice apart. Add coconut milk to cook, and everything is super delicious. Fortunately, it can be packed, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to eat it😂

The teacher's Chinese is very good, and I, who is not used to cooking, actually made a table of delicious and beautiful local dishes. In the future, when I miss Thailand, I can show it myself.

I participated in the Chinese course. The teacher was very serious and gentle. I went to the local traditional market to learn about various spices and vegetable ingredients. I chose four dishes and two desserts. The finished mango sticky rice was even more delicious than the local famous restaurants. If you don’t finish the meal, you can also take it away. .
