an excellent location ( in an elegant mall, 5 mins walk from the MTR station) the shop is very lovely. all equipments are well-organised, clean and new. the instructions (for baking ) are very clear and easy to follow

All staff were so nice and friendly. They would introduce the tools and facilities to us. Also, it’s easy to follow the steps via iPad. If you got any troubles in making your products, all staff were more than willing to help you.

Great experience for bakers who like to get things done at their own pace! Like others said, yes, I was given a device with instructions which are easy to follow! As I have been to both TST and CWB sites, I would highly recommend the one at TST as the site’s bigger than CWB and all the resources are nicely organised and kept clean, which is a massive PLUS! The staff are pretty helpful - if you are stuck, feel free to ask them! They are happy to help!

The place is tidy and has all the tools. It is suitable for parents and beginners of baking, but it is not suitable for those who have high requirements for baked products. Two people made two cookies. The cookies had no butter flavor and the butter was soft when making the ingredients. It's similar to spreading bread for breakfast. I used to put soft butter at room temperature in a brick shape. The finished product is full of the fragrance of butter. I made three different colors of cookies, but apart from the color, the taste is not obvious. I originally planned to give it away, but I found that the Japanese cookies sold on the street for tens of dollars a jar are more delicious.

I had a good experience, and the employees were so helpful and willing to answer questions! They were so patient and answered me (I asked n questions)

So fun! Follow the iPad to do the whole process, novices can do it! Next time I have the opportunity to make other desserts!

A very interesting self-service baking experience. The children were very happy, the environment was clean, the materials were abundant, and the teacher was patient.

The place is tidy, the tools are well organized, the staff has good service, and when finished there is beautiful packaging for you to take the finished product home with.
