Tuyen our guide is an absolute Superstar. she had the challenge of providing information in English and Vietnamese as our group had a 50/50 split. She gave lots of good info and made sure no one in the group got left behind. The value for the price we paid was quite reasonable considering it was transportation both ways and a very nice 7-8 course authentic Vietnamese family style lunch. note about the Paradise Cave tour: it’s A LOT of stairs to get up to the cave entrance. then once in the cave it’s a lot of steps down then back up. the large boats for Phong Nha c Cave were covered so no real need for hats or sunscreen thankfully. THANK YOU TUYEN for such a great tour!!!
This is an absolute must try experience in Phong Nha! The coaster was comfortable, and our tour guide Andy truly elevated the entire trip. His great sense of humor and stories about Phong Nha kept everyone entertained and engaged throughout the day. He made sure each guest felt well taken care of. Lunch was a surprise! Very generous in portion and thoughtfully prepared with vegetarian options available. As for the caves, absolutely breathtaking! We were given plenty of time to explore and enjoy the natural beauty without feeling rushed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phong Nha!
The tour was packed with activities and very enjoyable. However, the pickup time was moved up on the day of departure, so I didn't have time for breakfast and had to leave without eating. When the guide called, I explained the situation, but they strongly insisted that I had been informed, which was a disappointing start to the day. Despite that, the tour itself was wonderful, and I'm truly glad I went. The guide's English explanations were clear, and it was helpful that they repeated important information. Even with the minor issue, it was a highly recommended tour.
In the morning of the previous day, Zalo informed us of the hotel pickup time for the tour. On that day, I was able to board the bus smoothly and almost as planned, only about 5 minutes late than the scheduled time. I think there were about 20 to 24 participants. Paradise Cave in the morning is a bit more uphill than I expected to get to the entrance, and even after entering the cave it's a long walk, so sneakers are a good idea. It's a good exercise, so lunch tasted even better (lol) In the afternoon, I went to Phong Nha Cave on a basic board, so it was easy and I didn't have to walk much. Arrive at the hotel before 17:30. It was a pleasant tour as there were no participants who disrupted the time and the guide led us well.
one of my favourite days since starting travelling. phong nha is beautiful and the caves are amazing! feel like we had the perfect amount of time at each location. the lunch was super good too. Andy was a great tour guide and made the whole experience even better.
This is the best tour so far I had in Vietnam. The caves are so magnificent wiyh so many impressive rock formations. I like paradise cave more than Phong Nha cave. Our tourguide Huan is awesome, he gave lot of funny stories and a good tour. There were also vegan options for me during the tour. I highly recommend tour with him
Amazing guide Chocolate! Beautiful paradise cave. Tip for less fit, opt for buggy that will save you 1 km walking. Really long boat ride in Phong Nha cave. enough time to see everything and make photos.
This is a must do on your visit to Vietnam. The Paradise cave was really the "Door to heavens" and Phong Na caves was like "journey to the center of the Earth". Our guide Chocolate (Tuyen) was really fun and informative & took care that everyone was together. The ride was comfortable snd the lunch at Phong Na town was sumptuous.
We went to Paradise Cave in the morning. After the tour guide gave us some information about the cave, we were given 65 minutes to visit the cave in which there is a 1-km wooden path, so the time allowed was more than enough. After lunch, we went to Phong Nha Cave to take a boat trip, and there was a short trail in the cave that we could walk along too. The tour was good as plenty of time was given to us to take pictures.
The coordinator of Phongnha discovery emailed and explained very quickly, which made us feel at ease. The tour guide on the day was kind, humorous, attentive and thoughtful. The lunch food was great and tasty. Highly recommended trip! The Paradise Cave is breathtaking, the scenery is very beautiful, the cave is very big, and there are surprises everywhere. From picking us up from the hotel to sending us back, it was very smooth. Paradise Cave is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to.
