- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

- Any extension, renewal, or replacement of expired bus pass is not allowed
- Please Note: If you are taking a cross-nation bus service, please bring your passport along to exit and enter the countries

The bus pass itself in very good the location is easy to find but if you are not outcome base person then this not recomment. From the Jurong East to check point does not lets us in keep speaking Chinese to us ... i said i dont understand so he said if u want to u have to pay 4.8 SGD per person .... i said no my bought 2 days tickets bra bra finally i have to call company to explain to people at check point. 2nd bad experince is ask for money again at immigration singapore to jurong ...he said this ticket cannt use 2.5 SGD per person so i walk dont care walk to the bus and tap card ....i thought singapore is educated country however they still need a lot og training for their implementors

The redemption was easy but it is a lonh walk from the train syation to IMM building. Thanks Klook for this affordable offer.
good..but theres a long wait for the bus and you have to walk for 10 to 20 munutes to get the card.
Not worth it. The idea is good but not highly recommended. I bought this since we travelled with a toddler so just to lessen the burden of paying and paying. The employees, drivers from the causeway are not familiar with this promo. They will let you pay and pay everytime you ride or transfer buses. The waiting time is too long. Interval is too long. Buses are too messy. We just used this from SG to JB and JB to SG.

Accessing travel pass was easy. Although the walk to the retrieval booth was quite long and opened only at 10am.
not good as I expected.the driver so rude.they want us to pay cash bec.they said our pass thru card are not working.they're not honest and want us trick by paying cash for the ride.so disgusting.

I didn’t got a chance to use this pass because of a mis-action of the staff in causeway I link-IMM jurong east. I redeemed my voucher and she gave us a 2day unlimited bus pass, only to find out that the bus pass she gave me was invalid and it has zero credits on it!!!!!!! She gave me a headache and that’s my worst experience ever using klook!!!!! With that kind of mis action given to us, our trip was compromised and we wasn’t able to experience our trip worry less and hassle free!!!! I’m happy with my legoland and hello kitty land experience but with that experience i had with this kind of s**t i became stressed!! We didn’t got the chance to explore around the area, our scheduled agenda was really completely compromised!!!! It was really a headache to ride a taxi, randomly ask someone to book a grab for us.etc. Only to go to hello kittyland and JB. I’m filling this review because we want to refund my pay!!!!!! And i will demand that they should refund my out of the pocket expenses with the taxi, with the grab and other means of transportation that we used in malaysia!!!
