- If you are participating while traveling to Hokkaido and Sapporo, please refrain from participating on the final day of your trip. (There is no compensation in the event of bus delays.)
- If any section of the highway is closed before use on either the outbound or return trip, the route will take national or prefectural roads, and rest stops may be at roadside stations (Michi-no-Eki), etc. Also, depending on the arrival time, the time available to visit Asahiyama Zoo may be significantly reduced, or in the worst case, you may not be able to visit at all. If you are unable to view the zoo, we will refund the admission ticket price. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- Tour times are subject to change depending on road conditions and other factors. Due to this, you may not be able to view events such as the Asahiyama Zoo's "Mogumogu Time" (feeding time). Additionally, please be aware that events such as "Mogumogu Time" may not be held at all.
